A quick update for all those waiting patiently for the Dun Run Long Course announcement.
We have an alternative course that is now awaiting approval. Once approved it will be released to all.

We plan to apply an Early Bird Deal for those entering the Long Course so don't worry you won't miss out on discount.

We have had an awesome response to the opening of the Dun Run, with the biggest first day of entries in the Dun's history over 50 entries in 24hours!

This achievable yet challenging run is Rugged but Runnable, for your efforts you will be rewarded with epic vistas of Nelson back country and the Tasman Bay. The pictures below don't do the view justice.

Saturday’s Alpine Lodge Loop the Lake is once again a ‘sell out’ with a capacity 400 strong field entered to circuit Lake Rotoiti, Nelson Lakes.
While 165 are Nelson based, similar numbers travel from the rest of the South Island, whilst 70 North Islanders cross the Cook Strait.
Male and female percentages are almost identical, a far cry from the 1990’s when men dominated at around the 80% mark.
Last year’s women’s winner, Serena Kelly (Canterbury) returns and she’s likely to again be chased by Nelson’s Kerry Semmens.
Andre Bonny (Nelson) is in good form and he’ll be hoping to improve on his 4th (2017) and 3rd a year earlier.
