The Haven Realty Sanctuary Run SOLD OUT

BUT - TRAILRUNNERS YOU'RE STILL IN LUCK .....

The Haven Realty Sanctuary Run sold out but trailrunners and walkers can still get onto the August 24th startline. Confirmed on Friday ... we have been granted an extension on numbers to 250. This is expected to be quickly reached judging by this years popularity to run into the 'backwoods of Nelson' and experience the pristine territory that lies in the Brook Waimarama Sanctuary and surrounds.

Of the 200 already entered, 102 will compete in the 14km 'short course' option, while the remaining 98 step up to the challenge of summitting Fringed Hill, crossing the ridge to Third House before heading in to the Sanctuary for their...

Early Birds are most definitely catching the worm

Entry for this year’s Haven Realty Sanctuary Run has opened with an Early Bird Month of May deal and already 75 have registered.

Organisers, Nelson Events, are anticipating the August 24th trail run or walk to reach its limit quickly and join their other ‘sold out” trailrunning events - the Furneaux Lodge Captain Cook’s Landing and the Abel Tasman Coastal Classic.

Competitors, both local and from outside the region are invited to enjoy the stunning vista, technical trails, tranquil native scenery and ever increasing birdsong that the Brook Waimarama Sanctuary and surrounds offer.
