With 385 already on Saturday week’s Kaiteriteri Gold Half Marathon & 10km startline it’s a record field…and numbers are sure to swell over the 400 mark with entries closing on March 5th. ( Sorry no on the day registrations )
The Half Marathon challenge of surmounting the Sandy Bay Marahau Hill certainly isn’t a deterrent with 175 making it their goal.
First though they have the undulating Kaiteriteri Riwaka coastline to navigate before their climb commences. Once over the top it’s respite as they head towards Marahau then reverse and head around the Bay to finish on the golden sands.

It’s only 3 weeks until this year's Kaiteriteri Gold Half Marathon & 10km with the field already over 350 - almost equally spread to date with 170 in the Half & 180 opting for the 10km.
