Ran the Dun run track from the Brook end last weekend - wow!!! The improvements to the track are amazing, if only my knees (and the rest) would let me run them fast. I really recommend this as a training run, it's a long but manageable 16km (ish) uphill to windy Ridge and then plenty of recovery time on the 9km (ish) downhill to the Maitai. Needs a little organisation to have a car at each end.
Well done all those who added to the improvements of the track.
