You can pay be cheque or Internet Transfer

Withdrawal Policy
Withdrawals must be received in writing to either PO Box 129, Nelson or via email to admin@nelsonevents.co.nz
Withdrawals received prior to September 30th will receive a full refund less $15 Administration Fee and $5 Donation to the St John West Coast.
Withdrawals received after September 30th are not eligible for any refund of entry fee.
Please note that withdrawals are processed around the 20th of each calendar month, so it may take a few weeks for your refund to come through.

In the case of a natural disaster or extreme weather conditions or any other incident and event cancelled there will be a $20 refund of entry fee, without liability to any other party.
